Your profile / requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Maximo Architect on enterprise implementations.  
• Strong hands‑on expertise with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and modules including Manage, Monitor, Health, Mobile, and Predict.  
• Deep understanding of Maximo Integration Framework, APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and enterprise integrations.  
• Strong SQL skills and experience with DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.  
• Experience with Maximo Automation Scripts (Python and/or JavaScript).  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.  
• Consulting experience and the ability to work effectively in complex, regulated, or multi‑stakeholder environments is highly desirable 

Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) across on‑premise, SaaS, and hybrid environments.  
• Translate business and operational needs into robust end‑to‑end solution designs and architectural roadmaps.  
• Act as the primary technical contact during design phases, leading workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders.  
• Design and oversee integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).  
• Provide technical governance and oversight across delivery teams, ensuring quality, security, and performance.  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and advise clients on Maximo capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
