• Hexagon EAM data import to setup new site(s)
• Hexagon EAM data import for data from existing sites
• Hexagon EAM configuration of new and existing modules
• Hexagon EAM integration administration and troubleshooting
• Hexagon EAM configuring new integrations
• Ability to Migrate ION to DatabridgePro
• Hexagon EAM testing prior to upgrades
• Hexagon EAM design specification update assistance
• Internal training and mentoring of Hexagon L1 support team

Tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal teams and Level 1 Support to resolve complex issues
• Meeting with client via Teams for product planning and release management activities
• Listening with empathy and addressing customer needs with care and sensitivity
• Documenting all enquiries accurately and ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintaining a structured and organized approach to managing communication and  follow-ups
