Your profile / requirements

• Education: High School diploma
• Language Skills: Must be an excellent English speaker
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security role preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills
•   Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.  - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.  - Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Tasks and responsibilities

•  Access Management:
• Follow documented UAM policies, processes, and use tools to manage user access across various platforms.
• User Authentication: Manage authentication mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and others, to enhance user experience and security.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Use role-based access to make sure people only have access to what they need for their job, reducing security risks.
• User Provisioning & De-provisioning: Manage user accounts from start to finish, making sure accounts are created and removed when needed. 
• Collaboration: Work with IT and other teams to make sure UAM works well with the  rest of the business systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep UAM policies and processes up to date as needed
