Your profile / requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration or application support, preferably -in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences. 
  • Hands-on experience with Komodo Health platforms (especially KPP) is required or strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other data-driven SaaS platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience working in regulated environments with GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), or validated systems is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting techniques. 
  • Experience with platform configuration, including user roles, permissions, and workflow automation. 
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms is a plus). 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, documentation-driven approach. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service requests, including report creation, user and access management, permission updates, and predefined data loads, in alignment with security and compliance protocols. 
  • Provide application support for Komodo KPP users, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs. 
  • Monitor platform health and integrations proactively to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.  
  • Triage and escalate incidents related to Komodo and third-party applications to appropriate vendors or support teams. 
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and update APIs as required to maintain system interoperability. 
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth platform operations. 
  • Provide technical guidance on system configuration and integration design. 
  • Support release management activities, including impact analysis, technical investigation of platform- or vendor-initiated changes, and deployment of product releases. 
  • Conduct impact assessments and technical investigations for platform or vendor-initiated changes. 
  • Collaborate with third-party technology partners to ensure platform capabilities align with business needs. 
  • Manage configuration updates, including page layouts, picklists, custom fields, and minor enhancements such as workflow automation and validation rules. 
  • Maintain and update GxP validation documentation to ensure all system changes meet regulatory and quality standards. 
  • Document all system changes and maintain configuration baselines for audit readiness.
