Your profile / requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing CRM software (e.g., Veeva Vault Medical CRM or Salesforce). 
• Understanding of ITSM practices. 
• Proficiency in Data Management and Data Stewardship. 
• Background in science or clinical research. 
• Understanding of Territory Management and Alignments. 
• Familiarity with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities, including interactions with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers. 
• Effective communication of clinical data with MSLs. 
• Understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and scientific literature. 
• Experience in customer-facing roles, managing customer expectations. 
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills. 
• Excellent communication skills (English). 
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). 
• Relevant Veeva certifications. 
• Experience with Veeva Vault Medical CRM, including troubleshooting on iPads is a plus 
• Experience with Veeva MedComms is a plus.  
• Familiarity with Veeva Network and Veeva Open Data and ITIL certification are a plus
