Arcondis is fully committed to protecting personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

This privacy notice provides information regarding processing by Arcondis of personal data of individuals (“you”) who register for an Arcondis-organised event. For purposes of this privacy notice, “event” includes any roundtable, conference, webinar, forum, seminar or workshop, whether taking place virtually or in-person.

Purpose of processing

By registering for a specific event, you agree to Arcondis processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes:

  • to communicate with you regarding the specific event for which you registered;
  • for our internal reporting purposes;
  • as reasonably necessary for the management and organisation of the specific event for which you registered; and,
  • for any other purpose to which you consent in connection with the specific event.

Audio and Visual Recording

Audio-visual recordings may be made during company events using the Microsoft Teams recording function.

These recordings may be used for internal purposes or published on the company’s official website and social media platforms to share highlights and promote engagement.

By attending an Arcondis-organised event, you acknowledge and consent that you may appear in photographs and/or video recordings as described above.

Sharing data

Your personal data will not be shared with any third-party organisations, vendors, or external entities outside our company, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

All the data you provide will remain securely stored and processed solely within Arcondis’ internal systems. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information and ensure it is accessible only to authorised personnel who need it for legitimate business purposes.

  2. Keeping your data online only within our secure infrastructure.

Your rights in relation to your data

  • the right to be informed. This means that we must tell you how we use your data, and this is the purpose of this privacy notice
  • the right of access. You have the right to access the data that we hold on you. To do so, you should make a subject access request
  • the right for any inaccuracies to be corrected. If any data that we hold about you is incomplete or inaccurate, you are able to require us to correct it
  • the right to have information deleted. If you would like us to stop processing your data, you have the right to ask us to delete it from our systems where you believe there is no reason for us to continue processing it
  • the right to restrict the processing of the data. For example, if you believe the data we hold is incorrect, we will stop processing the data (whilst still holding it) until we have ensured that the data is correct
  • the right to portability. You may transfer the data that we hold on you for your own purposes
  • the right to object to the inclusion of any information. You have the right to object to the way we use your data where we are using it for our legitimate interests
  • the right to regulate any automated decision-making and profiling of personal data. You have a right not to be subject to automated decision making in a way that adversely affects your legal rights.

Data Privacy Officer

Safe processing of personal data and compliance of processing with the Regulation and Act on Personal Data Protection are supervised by our Data Protection Officer who you can approach when you want to exercise your rights.

Right to lodge a complaint
