• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
• Minimum of 5 yearsofexperienceas a System Engineer or in a similarrole.
• Expertise in customer support orexperienceleading IT teamswouldbehighlyadvantageous, contributingtoeffectivecollaboration and enhancedservicedelivery.
• Strong expertise in designing and managing complex IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in usingof MDM systems like Miradoreor Azure intunes
• Demonstratedexperience in cloudtechnologies, specificallywith Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
• Strong knowledgeofnetworking, security, and systemadministrationprinciples.
• Experience withvirtualizationtechnologies and containerization.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, AWS/Azure certifications) are a plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience workingwith Azure DevOps

Tasks and responsibilities

• We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior System Engineer to join our global IT team and contribute to our IT modernization and automation strategy.  This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and hands-on skills to drive innovation and efficiency in our IT operations. Key Responsibilities 
• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead thecloudtransformation initiative, with a focus on transitioningto Azure Cloud.
• Develop and implementautomation solutions toenhanceefficiency and improveservicedelivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Providetechnicalleadership and mentorshiptojuniorteammembers.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize IT operations.
• Ensure compliance of IT systems, processes, and operations with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data protection and cybersecurity requirements Participate in IT project planning, budgeting, and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
• Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for IT operations.
