Your profile / requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proven experience with Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
• Proficiency in.Net programming language.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Design and Develop Test Automation Scripts: Create, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks using Cucumber BDD and Selenium. 
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories. 
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and continuous testing. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. 
• Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects, as well as provide detailed reports on testing activities and results. 
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality. 
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in test automation and quality assurance.
