Mission
Tasks and responsibilities

Ensuring the continued efficiency of the ordering process for the movement of materials from various storage locations in logistics to the production or staging area (production supply area)

Monitoring and ensuring the efficient SAP functionality of production supply area management (pick lists, inventory support, functionality for searches, hazardous materials register, water hazard information, fire department lists)

Successfully maintaining the composition of existing automated transport systems and manual transport activities within production

Ensuring the continuous efficiency of the restocking and transportation processes for produced goods from production to the corresponding storage locations in logistics

Maintaining the goods delivery process during corrective measures (e.g. reprocessing) and identifying opportunities for digitalization

Guaranteeing that the labeling of transported materials is compatible with subsystems such as MES to ensure seamless data integration

Evaluating the impact of material handling processes on MES implementations
-
Securing seamless transportation of goods between the Penzberg and Mannheim production centers using relevant production information, including specific SAP functionalities (Shipping Monitor, Maturation Tool, Vessel Management, MES data transfer)

Implementation of a functionality for recording downtimes in the production process and monitoring these downtimes, including calculation of the remaining downtime
Studies
Your profile

Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of SAP S/4HANA
-
In-depth understanding and practical experience with SAP eWM
-
Deep knowledge of material movement processes in manufacturing workflows

Expertise in working successfully with local production and support teams
-
Experience working with global project teams and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment
-
Excellent problem solving skills and expertise in overcoming complex material handling and logistics challenges

Team orientation, excellent interpersonal skills
