Tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead troubleshooting of different involved technical teams to ensure smooth operation of a Japan HCP Consent Management Solution.

  • Support in the design of requirements for future releases of the product.

  • Research and create new technical solutions for identified gaps in the product.

  • Document and monitor functional requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.

  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.


Your profile

  • Solid knowledge in Java or other object-oriented programming languages is a must have.

  • Hands-on experience with API integration and testing (e.g., via postman).

  • Experience in freemaker is a plus.

  • Experience in Onetrust or other Data management software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Service-oriented mindset.

  • Professional level of English is necessary as well as technical conversational command of Japanese.

  • Working permit in Singapore is a pre-requisite to recruitment.
