A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business administration, sales, or marketing.
A successful track record of 10+ years in the life science industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and public health) and/or consulting services, with a primary focus on sales and business development.
In-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry.
Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in handling complex sales negotiations for large and diverse deals.
A results-oriented mindset, to consistently exceed sales targets and proactively drive business growth.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends, assess client needs, and develop customised client solutions.
