Tasks and responsibilities

Arcondis is growing globally. We have more and more projects to come and need to find (internal & external) staffing solutions. To make sure people are on the right projects and love what they are doing, we need you in our global team as a staffing coordinator.

  • Elaborate staffing solutions with the Management and Project Leads based on skills, availability, development etc.

  • Manage freelancers and coordinate global recruitment agencies

  • Tailor CVs based on customer needs, overall management of CVs

  • Monitor employee utilization

  • Create weekly and monthly sourcing reports

  • Support employees “on the bench” and overview the bench management process

  • Administration of a knowledge management system​, as well as SharePoint and Excel lists

  • Monitor staffing needs and discover future staffing trends

  • Active recruiting of candidates for consulting and IT projects (creating job descriptions, headhunting, running interviews etc.)


Your profile

  • Intrinsic motivation to making healthcare better around the globe

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, economics or similar

  • At least 2 years of experience in resource management, recruiting or a people-oriented job

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, you know how to set priorities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Slovak

  • Self-motivation, hands-on and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

  • Nice to have: first industry experience in Life Sciences, IT or Consulting
