Open Position

Tasks and responsibilities

-Identify and recruit experienced employees in all Arcondis locations but with focus/priority on Switzerland

-Responsible for the entire recruiting process from formulating job advertisements to conducting interviews and preparing employment contracts and offer angeling

-Use active sourcing via your network and social media channels to identify and attract key talent

-Advise hiring managers on all issues relating to recruiting and developing innovative and new recruiting strategies

-Create and maintain active networks of potential candidates and the talent pool

-Coach new hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience

-Promotion and management of Employee Referral Program

-Employer branding and candidate engagement experience

-Setting and management of annual recruiting budget

-Develop employment strategies (including diversity initiatives) and recruitment materials to attract and retain highly qualify candidates for employment opportunities

-Maintain company's applicant tracking database (Abacus) with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hires

-Development of succession planning, recruiting KPIs and management reporting


Your profile

-Relevant degree in recruiting or relevant/comparable work experience

-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting, agency experience an advantage

-Practical experience in active sourcing (own Network, LinkedIn Recruiter etc)

-Service mindset and proven ability to manage diverse internal stakeholders

-Experience of working in a matrix organisation

-Existing network of potential candidates from the Life Science consulting environment is an advantage

-Sociable and communicative style who likes to build lasting and positive relationships with a wide variety of people

-High degree of independence and candidate orientation, quick comprehension and agility

-Initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality

-Sales experience preferred

-Like to work in a collaborative environment

-Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and oral
