Tasks and responsibilities

Consulting clients on digital technology in the Research and Development (R&D) environment, evaluating and deploying new technologies
Leading and contributing to Lab Automation
Project and Product management in analytics and lab information systems
Process analysis in research laboratories
Scientific and technical requirements analysis
Evaluation and implementation support of of scientific software deployment projects
Generation of novel ideas and creation of solutions with the customer, including strategies for digitalisation
Build customer relationships with scientists, IT managers and other stakeholders
Identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities

Studies

Your profile

Master`s degree or PhD in a science related discipline or life sciences technologies
Initial work experience as a consultant or within R&D, combining Science and Technology
Good understanding of lab workflows and lab environment
Enthusiastic about Data, Innovation, and Automation, as well as efficient digitalization solutions for modern research laboratories and the topic future lab in general
Ideally knowledge of lab hardware automation, data acquisition and connectivity, programming and/or digital analytics
Experience in project management
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong analytical skills, proactive and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel
Intrinsic motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
