Tasks and responsibilities

Planning and implementation of infrastructure, organizational and digital transformation projects in the life science industry
Planning and setup of IT infrastructure in a regulated environment (ISO13485, GMP), including documentation
Ensure the reliability and availability of the IT infrastructure from the server landscape to cloud services
Main contact person for various IT topics from customers
Oversee the installation, setup and rollout of hardware and software
Implementation of IT-specific and organizational guidelines regarding data security
Review and evaluation of technical and organizational measures
Analysis and documentation of the entire network infrastructure
Vendor and 3rd party management
Project organization and structure for complex and international IT projects
Gathering, analysis and evaluation of customer requirements as well as consulting
Development of various Arcondis services

Studies

Your profile

Intrinsic motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in IT project management and infrastructure, ideally in consulting
Knowledge of life science industries like MedTech, Pharma etc., ideally with some Compliance background
Good knowledge and practical experience with network and system administration, such as Cloud Security, Active Directory, Switched and Routed Networks, Network Access Control (NAC), with Cisco (CCNA), vSphere (Virtual Machine), GPO and computer system validation
You are familiar with project management methodologies
You enjoy developing new solutions for customers
Very good German and English skills
Communicative and customer-oriented
Team Player
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
