Tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior IT Consultant you will support our international clients on their digital transformation journey by

Planning and managing complex digital transformation projects in the life science industry with a focus on IT implementation and infrastructure
Analyzing the network infrastructure including documentation
Planning and setting up of IT infrastructure/ Cloud in a regulated environment including relevant documentation
Ensuring the reliability and availability of IT infrastructure from the server landscape to cloud services
Designing and improving IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
Representing the main contact person for various IT topics for our customers in the project
Planning and overseeing the installation, setup and rollout of hardware and software
Implementing IT-specific and organizational guidelines regarding data security
Reviewing and evaluating technical and organizational measures
Managing vendors and partners- gathering, analysis and assessment & documentation of customer requirements as well as consulting on potential solutions
Supporting our internal Business Development activities (RfP Support, Arcondis Service Portfolio Development, etc.)

Studies

Your profile

Intrinsic motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in IT project management and infrastructure projects, ideally in consulting
Knowledge of life science industries like MedTech, Pharma etc., ideally with some experience in Compliance (ISO13485, GMP)
Experience in building IT services from scratch with hands-on mentality
Good knowledge and practical experience regarding network and system administration, such as Cloud Security, Active Directory, Switched and Routed Networks, Network Access Control (NAC), with Cisco (CCNA), vSphere (Virtual Machine), GPO and computer system validation
You are familiar with project management methodologies
You enjoy developing new solutions for customers
Very good German and English skills
Communicative and customer-oriented
Good Team Player
