Tasks and responsibilities

Conception and implementation of digital transformation programs, projects and processes
Analysis, design and alignment of complex IT architectures for digital transformation
Identification, assessment and management of technological risk including the definition of mitigation measures
Set-up of relevant processes for digital product development
Implement capabilities and processes to develop digital products
Implementation of a governance model to support agile ways of working and delivery
Support in setting up a Test Platform (MVP) for digital products
Leverage a new commercial model for digital services
Implement a Project Management Office and act as technical contact person for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, economics, business administration, life science or a comparable field
Experience in the Medical Device or Life Science industries
Hands-on experience in digital transformation and/or IT-projects
Ideally first Consulting experience
Knowledge about digital selling capabilities
Good understanding of digital organizational set-ups
Agile thinking and agile mindset
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Stakeholder management skills
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused
Intrinsic motivation to making healthcare better around the globe
