Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MES Expert with strong proficiency in MBR modeling in PAS-X (Version 3) to join our team and drive “operational efficiency” through “effective business process management” with our clients.

Manage and coordinate projects in Manufacturing of Pharma and/or MedTech clients
Design and maintain MBRs in PAS-X, preferably Version 3
Develop GMBRs based on legacy documentation within given frameworks
Develop documentation and conduct user trainings
Tightly collaborate with departments like Production, QA, and IT
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines
Support hypercare activities
Deliver successful consulting and solution engagements with clients, especially:
Provide expertise in MES systems
Lead implementation and optimization of MES systems
Apply LEAN principles to simplify processes
Guide the Arcondis team to develop and grow their service portfolio in the Manufacturing and MES area to develop a unique value proposition
Develop Arcondis best practices & capability around Manufacturing and MES domain know-how
Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business

Studies

Your profile

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Significant experience with MES WERUM PAS-X and MBR design, including GMBR
Pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in MES in Parenterals, Solids, Device Assembly and Packaging, or Fill and Finish
Understanding of Regulatory requirements related to Life Sciences manufacturing (GMP, EHS, and SOX)
Experience in planning, and/or implementing manufacturing digitalization (Industry 4.0)
Experience in change management including requirement analysis, design, implementation, review, testing, and documentation
Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement certification or related experience is a plus
General understanding of Level 3 and 4 systems (e.g. SAP, MES, PCS MBR, ANTARES, ATTP)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
English communication skills, written and oral (C1)
Good German communication skills (B2)
Flexibility and willingness to travel and regularly work at client site
