Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

Manage and coordinate projects in Manufacturing of Pharma and/or MedTech clients
Deliver successful consulting and solution engagements with manufacturing clients, especially:
Lead implementation and optimization of MES and Level 3 systems
Provide expertise in MES WERUM PAS-X and Level 3 systems (e.g., SAP, MES, IPC+)
Apply LEAN principles to simplify processes
Identify and implement system changes
Design and maintenance of MBRs in PAS-X
Provide first-level support for MES and related systems
Develop documentation and conduct user training
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines
Collaborate with departments like Production, QA, and IT
Guide the Arcondis team to develop and grow their service portfolio in the Manufacturing area to develop a unique value proposition
Lead to develop Arcondis best practices & capability around Manufacturing domain know-how
Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business

Studies

Your profile

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience with MES WERUM PAS-X and MBR design
Pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in Pharma Parenterals, OI, Solids, DAP & F2P2
Experience in change management including requirement analysis, design, implementation, review, testing, and documentation
Understanding of Regulatory requirements related to Life Sciences manufacturing (GMP, EHS, and SOX)
Experience proposing, planning, and/or implementing manufacturing digitalization (Industry 4.0) projects is a plus
Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement certification or related experience is a plus
Expertise in Level 3 systems (SAP, MES, PCS MBR, IPC+, ANTARES, SAP ATTP)
Proficiency in SCAN and Tableau
Familiarity with OSI PI, IPC+, and TrakSYS
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent English communication skills, written and oral (C1)
Good German communication skills (B2)
Flexibility and willingness to travel
