Tasks and responsibilities

Manufacturing value chain - specifically related to Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical/Medical Devices)
Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing Operations - including planning/forecasting, supply management, procurement, sales and operations planning, engineering, production scheduling, maintenance, production controls, quality control, inventory management, supply chain,warehouseand distribution
Industry 4.0 technologies, Industrial IT/OT, Industrial Automation, and associated use cases
Implementation and integration with any of the following (or related): ERP, MRP, S&OP / Production Scheduling, Maintenance Management / Scheduling, Labor Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, SCADA, Quality and/or Laboratory Management Systems
Delivery of successful consulting and solution engagements with manufacturing clients
Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business
Support the Arcondis Business Services to develop and grow their service portfolio

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, engineering, or scientific discipline
2-5+ years' experience implementing digital solutions in Life Sciences manufacturing environment
Experience proposing, planning, and/or implementing strategic manufacturing digitalization (Industry 4.0) projects
Understanding of Regulatory requirements related to Life Sciences manufacturing.
Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement certification or relatedexperience is a plus
Scrum / Agile project management certification or relatedexperience is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
Very good German communication skills are a plus
