Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

Identify and recruit experienced employees for our site in Germany
Responsible for the entire recruiting process from formulating job advertisements to conducting interviews in cooperation with the Hiring Managers
Identification of suitable recruiting channels
Advise hiring managers on recruiting and develop innovative and new recruiting strategies
Use active sourcing via your network and social media channels to identify and attract key talent
Create and maintain active networks of potential candidates and the talent pool
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Employer branding and candidate engagement experience
Maintain company's applicant tracking database with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hired
Development of succession planning, collection of recruiting KPIs for Management reporting
Conception and implementation of HR marketing measures (e.g. Job fairs)
Continuous improvement of the recruiting process as well as development of standards and guidelines for recruiting
Management and implementation of Recruiting projects
Further development of recruiting tools and evaluation of potential providers

Studies

Your profile

Relevant degree in business administration with focus on HR or a comparable degree
Professional experience in in-house recruiting, ideally in the Life Science Industry or experience in a recruiting agency
Ideally practical experience in active sourcing
Service mindset and proven ability to manage diverse internal stakeholders
Sociable and communicative style who likes to build lasting and positive relationships with a wide variety of people
High degree of independence and candidate orientation, quick comprehension and agility
Initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality
Like to work in a collaborative environment
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and oral
