Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

Lead projects to support clients to design and set up their Omnichannel Engagement ecosystem
Lead project implementation teams from business analysts to developers self-responsible and end-to-end
Analysis of existing business processes and guide process & solution design
Supervision of the implementation of novel processes and systems
Consult customers about best practices in customer/user experience design
Project Management with national and international companies within the Life Sciences Industries
Manage different stakeholders throughout the whole organization to define common strategic goals and deduct concrete project plans
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the evolution of products and services in the wider industry

Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business informatics, business administration, life science or comparable field
10 years working experience in Project Management in IT, Marketing Digitalization or Customer Omnichannel Experience
Experience in requirement engineering or solution design is a must
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Experience in setting up CRM, Marketing automation
Experience with Onetrust Consent & Preference Management or Veeva CRM is a plus
Experience in Customer Engagement / User Experience strategy consulting is a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Proactivity, problem-solving, and conflict resolution ability
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with hands-on mentality
