Tasks and responsibilities

Communication with applicants (appointment coordination, feedback, etc.)
Co-assessment of received applications
Supporting candidate interviews
Co-managing the posting of job advertisements
Assistance in drawing up contracts
Maintenance and optimization of the recruiting tool
Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees
Assistance in the leaving process
Design of various internal HR processes
Close cooperation with all company departments
General administrative support


Your profile

Business studies and/or training in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology, or liberal arts
Team player and organizational talent
Proactive and autonomous way of working
Networked thinking
Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic working environment
Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint mainly)
Professional level of English and German, both oral and written, is a must
