Tasks and responsibilities

-Overall office management

-Global events organization

-HR support in the onboarding process

-Management of the CRM data (updates, entries of newcomers…)

-Leadership Team coordination support (organization of offsite meetings, travel management…)


Your profile

-Business studies and/or training in the field of business administration, human resources, or liberal arts

-Team player and organizational talent

-Proactive and autonomous way of working

-Networked thinking

-Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic working environment

-Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint mainly)

-Professional level of English and German, both oral and written, is a must
