Tasks and responsibilities

Maintain system configurations and model information in the Critical Manufacturing MES software, including process steps, process flows, products, resources (equipment), recipes, checklists, and documents.
Act as a functional consultant and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, validation, writing of documentation, and training on project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using the Critical Manufacturing MES software.
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements using the Critical Manufacturing MES software.
Participate in the development and maintenance of process models for manufacturing operations using the Critical Manufacturing MES software.
Conduct simulations and test scenarios to validate model performance and provide recommendations for improvement using the Critical Manufacturing MES software.
Develop and maintain documentation related to process models, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for the Critical Manufacturing MES software.
Train end-users on the use of the models and associated software tools within the Critical Manufacturing MES software

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Critical Manufacturing MES software as a modeler or functional consultant is preferred
Critical Manufacturing Certification as a Modeler is a plus
Strong understanding of MES concepts, principles, and best practices using the Critical Manufacturing MES software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Good English written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with process modeling tools such as SIMUL8, FlexSim, or AnyLogic is a plus
Experience in life sciences manufacturing is preferred
Highly self-motivated, independent, and outcome driven
Strong facilitator, with good organizational and interpersonal skills
Flexible, resilient, and able to achieve results in a team-oriented environment
Skilled at developing and delivering customer presentations and communications
