Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all marketing and communication activities in alignment with the Arcondis Groups five year strategy
  • Develop business cases for marketing campaigns, making recommendations on marketing tactics and tracking ROI
  • Conceive, develop and execute cross-geography marketing and comms campaigns,
  • Focus on client-centric campaigns that showcase our portfolio of services, segmenting databases, working with large data sets
  • Increase brand awareness, especially in our new markets (US, Singapore, Slovakia)
  • Manage, curate and evolve the Arcondis brand in all facets and across all media
  • Develop and edit content for the company website
  • Manage the companys publishing calendar with all marketing & comms activities
  • Support the CEO, Senior Leadership and Board of Directors with comms activities
  • Plan, write and edit various comms materials such as the internal News Bulletin, LinkedIn posts, Townhall content etc.
  • Manage external partners such as creative and digital agencies
  • Support sales activities and proposals to clients with content and design of slide decks
  • Manage the annual marketing budget
Studies

Your profile

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German, a third language a plus
  • Good knowledge of social media for business/commercial purposes, e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with storytelling and content-driven marketing
  • A knack for graphic design; InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare or life sciences
  • Solution-oriented, versatile team player with a flair for pragmatism
  • Experience of working with senior leaders
