Tasks and responsibilities

Thinking outside the box and creating novel ideas and solutions with the clients in Pharma, MedTech and Public Healthcare
Translate business needs and user requirements into subsequent delivery projects
Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute projects around digital health, patient, and customer engagement from beginning to end
Deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring that all work performed during the project aligns with/exceeds client’s expectations and reflects the Arcondis standards
Align, coordinate and support communication between stakeholders, scientists, and vendors
Contribute to the development of new strategies to optimize business processes
Acquisition and management of projects throughout a variety of Life Science disciplines
Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
Becoming a contributing member of Arcondis Service Delivery Networks including Patient-Centric Innovation for knowledge sharing between peers and project teams to enhance effectiveness and development of a fast-growing organization
Proactively identifying and cultivating business opportunities, writing proposals, responding to customer requirements, and helping craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams in multiple time zones and different cultures with a focus on enabling the team to deliver value
Help to develop and continuously expand Arcondis service offerings and methodologies

Studies

Your profile

Intrinsic motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Medical Doctor, PharmD or university degree in biology, biomedical engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of practical work experience beyond academia
Experience in working within the Pharma and/or MedTech industry
2-3 years of experience managing mid to large scale Clinical/ Healthcare projects
Enthusiastic about efficient solutions for Digital Health
Demonstrated ability to quickly become knowledgeable about each project sponsor's specific subject matter and business challenges being addressed by the assigned project(s)
Strong analytical skills, proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Good analytical and conceptual skills
Contagious passion combined with demonstrated leadership in motivating people
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a big plus
