Tasks and responsibilities

For our back office in Eschborn (on-site) we are looking for an experienced part-time employee as soon as possible.

The scope of duties includes the following tasks:
Organization of office procedures as well as development of sustainable processes in the area of office organization
Preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms as well as reception of guests
Ordering process for office materials
Keeping files, digitizing and managing documents as well as filing and resubmissions
Data entry and maintenance
Handling of daily correspondence (e-mail, telephone, incoming and outgoing mail)
Providing organizational and administrative support to colleagues and acting as a point of contact for all office management issues
Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks (e.g. appointment coordination, file maintenance, maintenance of HR master data, support with onboarding and offboarding)
Planning and organization of company events
Support with travel expense reports and travel bookings

Studies

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable degree
Professional experience in the field of office management, office organization or in the assistance area
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
Quick comprehension
Excellent time management as well as prioritization skills
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with the ability to optimize processes
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
