Tasks and responsibilities

Planning and implementation of infrastructure, organizational and digital transformation projects in the life science industry
Project organization and structure for complex and international IT projects
Review and evaluation of project requirements including IT strategy and IT architecture
Gathering, analysis and evaluation of customer requirements as well as consulting
Coordination and planning of project budgets
Supporting requirements and process analyses between the business department and IT
Project monitoring, risk analyses and identification of trends
Development of test scenarios
Development of various Arcondis services

Studies

Your profile

Intrinsic motivation to make healthcare better around the globe
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in consulting
You are familiar with project management methodologies (ideally, a certification like SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM)
Experience in software development, rollout, migration or similar projects
You enjoy developing new solutions for customers
Very good German and English skills
Communicative and customer-oriented
Team Player
Very good communication skills complete your profile
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
