Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsibility on the whole Employee Life Cycle from onboarding process to exit process

  • Support in the elaboration of employment-related documents

  • Contact with stakeholders outside the company (Insurance Companies, Pension Funds etc.)

  • Design of various internal HR processes

  • General operative support in HR operations at the Swiss site and abroad

  • Close cooperation with all company departments

  • Communication with applicants (appointment coordination, feedback, etc.)

Studies

Your profile

  • Experience in Human Resources as permanent employee or trainee

  • Business studies and/or training in the field of human resources, business administration

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team player and organizational talent

  • Proactive and autonomous way of working

  • Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic working environment and networked thinking

  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint mainly)

  • Professional level of English and German, both oral and written, is a must
