Tasks and responsibilities

Responsibility on the whole Employee Life Cycle from onboarding process to exit process
Support in the elaboration of employment-related documents
Contact with stakeholders outside the company (Insurance Companies, Pension Funds etc.)
Design of various internal HR processes
General operative support in HR operations at the Swiss site and abroad
Close cooperation with all company departments
Communication with applicants (appointment coordination, feedback, etc.)

Studies

Your profile

Experience in Human Resources as permanent employee or trainee
Business studies and/or training in the field of human resources, business administration
Excellent communication skills
Team player and organizational talent
Proactive and autonomous way of working
Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic working environment and networked thinking
Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint mainly)
Professional level of English and German, both oral and written, is a must
