Tasks and responsibilities

Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings

Support the HR team in new hire onboarding

Managing internal HR/Recruiting database

CV Management + Creation of CVs in Powerpoint

Assist with other HR and back-office projects and tasks as needed

Work closely with HR team to support the recruitment and selection process

Screen resumes to identify promising candidates

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with Hiring Managers

Studies

Your profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented and organized
