Tasks and responsibilities

For our clients:
Work with our clients to understand their needs in a complex and technical environment
Communicate openly and effectively with all levels in an organization
Able to lead and demonstrate servant leadership
Able to communicate and effectively build a project team by partnering with the client to deliver with excellence
Implementation of digitalization projects in the R&D environment
Support and coordination of scientific software deployment projects
Process analysis in research laboratories
Scientific and technical requirements analysis
Coordination of user training
Generation of novel ideas and creation of solutions with the customer
Transformation of interdisciplinary knowledge into value for the customer

Your profile

Bachelor's degree (major sciences preferred)
Aptitude for science and working with complex information
Basic understanding of project management, organizational change management and Agile methodologies
Initial work experience (2-3 years) in a lab or research setting preferred but not required
Understanding of lab workflows and lab environment including ELN, LIMS, and similar experience preferred but not required
Experienced in leading projects in a regulated environment is a plus
Willingness to travel and work with clients and coworkers in different time zones required

Must be United States citizen or must have a valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
