Tasks and responsibilities

Develop and implement data strategies, data governance frameworks, and master data management policies for life sciences organizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to identify and prioritize key data governance and management needs
Support project teams with project management, business analysis, and requirements engineering to develop innovative solutions
Implement data governance and management frameworks to help life sciences organizations leverage data for competitive advantage
Active coordination, management, support, and delivery of data-focused client projects in Pharma, MedTech and/or Public Healthcare
Implement Organizational Change Management strategies and conduct training to ensure project success and compliance with data governance policies and procedures
Identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities and active support with business development as a Subject Matter Expert
Acquisition and management of projects in various Life Science disciplines
Cultivation of strong professional relationships with members of the Pharma, MedTech and/or Public Healthcare communities

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in data management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturing industry
Strong technical skills and knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, data lineage, and data quality management is expected
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. (English required, German is a plus)
Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data relationships and develop effective solutions
Understanding of Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management topics is preferred
Certifications in data governance, such as CDMP or DGSP, would be an added advantage
Experience and certifications in Agile Project Management (Scrum, SAFe, etc) are a plus
Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
Willingness to travel
