Tasks and responsibilities

Collaboration and management of global and diverse customer projects, mainly focussing on production planning
Meeting customer requirements and maintaining the supply chain, as well as further development and implementation of new planning processes
Striving for continuous improvement of logistic processes
Creating business cases and ensuring the sustainability of implemented measures
Responsible for assortment maintenance and processing
Independent demand, production and supply planning
Development and implementation of inventory range targets at item level as well as order quantity and delivery date decisions
Availability check of components
Execution of procurement activities and ensuring availability of goods
Control, optimization and reporting of the key performance indicators Inventory, Scrapcosts and Service Level
Planning, monitoring and optimization of delivery capability
Initiation of countermeasures to ensure supply availability
Stakeholder Management and development of various Arcondis services

Studies

Your profile

You hold a degree in industrial engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain management or similar
You gained at least 5 years of professional experience in logistic planning, including master data, planning, distribution, warehouse logistics
You have knowledge of SAP (Demand to Supply) and ideally MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Ideally, you have worked in the life science or medical technology industry
You are skilled in (global) project management and planning
You have very good communication skills in German and English
You are solution-oriented, independent and hands-on
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Intrinsic motivation to making healthcare better around the globe
