Tasks and responsibilities

Collaborate with product development teams to assess security risks and integrate cybersecurity measures into digital products.
Conduct penetration testing, code reviews, and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures specific to digital product development.
Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, best practices, and technologies.
Monitor product security through continuous testing and analysis.
Provide guidance and training to development teams on security practices.
Assist in the response to and mitigation of security incidents.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards related to digital product security.

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Min. 5+ years of professional experience
Professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus.
Proven experience in (cloud) cybersecurity roles with a focus on digital product security.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, secure coding practices, and vulnerability assessment tools.
Strong understanding of web and mobile application security.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying informed about emerging threats and solutions in digital product security.
