Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Business Process Manager (Business Analyst) to join our international consulting firm and play a key role in shaping and managing our internal processes. In this position, you will define business processes and their adherence (are processes used as designed / intended) in close collaboration with business stakeholders including implementation aspects in IT systems like ERP or CRM.

You will support as well day to day operations in partnership with our IT department and contribute to the growth of the organization. You will have a significant impact on our digitization strategy and be responsible for improving and automating our business processes.

Business Processes:

  • Work closely with business units to understand and prioritize requirements and shape robust business processes.

  • Develop Best Practice Processes and drive adherence to those processes and practices.

  • Maintain and coordinate documentation for our processes including training material.

Systems / Business Applications:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our application functionality and their potential to generate true business value.

  • Customize applications accordingly in collaboration with IT and external vendors.

  • Develop authorization concepts and drive their implementation.

Data & Analytics:

  • Implement governance / ownership for data to ensure high data quality and develop processes to support the data lifecycle (e.g. for customer master data, chart of accounts).

  • Drive the implementation of reports / analytics and performance metrics based on our business processes.

People:

  • Work with key stakeholders (process owners) to define objectives for processes and application usage.

  • Establish user communities to drive collaboration, knowledge exchange and best usage of our business applications.

  • Work with IT to ensure smoothless running of our systems and to connect application when needed.

  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers, support negotiation of contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

Studies

Your profile

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

  • Experience in managing processes supported by ERP applications (e.g. ABACUS, SAP).

  • Solid understanding of Finance processes, knowledge in Accounting practices and Controlling.

  • Ideally experience with Sales (CRM) related processes and customer master data management.

Leadership and Communication:

  • Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional international teams.

  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
