Tasks and responsibilities

Implement Splunk APM for Infrastructure/application monitoring
Tool to detect, investigate and resolve issues quickly leading to shorter and fewer outages and improved user satisfaction.
Splunk brings visibility and insight into health and performance of our entire IT stack, across all environments in real-time.
Ability to integrate through cloud APIs with AWS and internal tools
Seamlessly ingest metrics and metadata with integrations into AWS and internal tools like ServiceNow for fast time to value.
Implement real-time actionable alerts
Automated real-time actionable alerts to quickly react on infrastructure performance effects.
Visualize alerts to act quickly before the issues negatively effect end-user experience.
