We are assembling a great team of experienced application specialists, and we want someone like you to join us as an Application Support Trainee. While we do value experience, we're also eager to welcome candidates who are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and ready to take on multiple challenges.

As an Application Support trainee, you will be providing essential support to one of our most valued clients. You'll have the chance to dive deep into their applications, gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of their environment. Not only will you be troubleshooting and maintaining applications, but you'll also collaborate with our client and third-party vendors which is a unique opportunity to grow your skills.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
• Troubleshooting and maintaining applications: This means you'll learn how to identify and fix problems that might occur. You'll be responsible for keeping applications running smoothly.
• Assisting with Incident Management and Service Request support: If something goes wrong with an application, you'll be part of the team that helps to manage and resolve the issues.
• Taking on challenges like Problem Management, Operational Change & Configuration Management, and System Administration and Validation
• Contributing to Knowledge Management, Service Asset & Configuration Management, and the Continuous Improvement Process: You'll be involved in organizing and managing information to help the team work more efficiently.

We are in the process of forming a team that will provide support during the following hours:
• 08:00 to 00:00 CET, which amounts to 16x5 on-desk support hours. These hours will be covered by multiple shifts, including early and late shifts. As a trainee, you will be supporting our client also during the night shifts.
• Additionally, we will offer 24/7 on-call support to ensure continuous assistance for our clients.


Your profile

Must-have superpowers:
• A bachelor degree in IT or a related field.
• Some technical know-how about OS, Cloud infrastructure, Databases, Middleware, Network, Storage, and Backup.
• An eagerness to learn new technology in our fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English on daily basis.
• It would be amazing if you have experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Your passion for automation and technology will be a big plus.
• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment is a bonus.
• We also value soft skills like communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work well in a team.
