Provide application management, troubleshooting, implementation, maintenance, and software development services to our client in support of IBM Maximo asset management platform.
Be the key liaison and build a strong relationship with our client and their third-party application vendors to diagnose and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage and execute changes, defects, documentation, and communications with the client and teams in adherence to ITSM processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Operational Change & Configuration Management, System Administration and Validation, Knowledge Management, Service Asset & Configuration Management, and Continuous Improvement Processes.
Follow toolbox driven methodology to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the software.
Assist clients with the development and implementation of custom reports and workflows.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users of IBM Maximo.
Maintain knowledge base of common issues and solutions, and contribute to ongoing documentation efforts.
Provide proactive support by monitoring applications, jobs, and the platform.
