Tasks and responsibilities

  • Independent handling of accounts payable and accounts receivable including dunning process
  • Independent handling of the invoicing process
  • Processing of financial accounting including support with quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Checking and further processing of expenses
  • Support for payroll processing
  • Assistance with tax issues, such as VAT and tax returns
  • The tasks relate to the company processing of Arcondis AG, Armendis AG, Arcondis Holding AG and the Arcondis Foundation

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, further training in financial and payroll accounting an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the service industry
  • Resilient, flexible and independently
  • Teamplayer and organisational talent
  • Fluent in German and very good English, both written and spoken
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • Abacus knowledge is an advantage
