Tasks and responsibilities

  • Communication with applicants (appointment coordination, feedback, etc.)
  • Co-assessment of received applications
  • Supporting candidate interviews
  • Creation of job advertisements
  • Assistance in drawing up contracts
  • Maintenance and optimisation of the recruiting tool
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees
  • Assistance in the leaving process
  • Design of various internal HR processes
  • Close cooperation with all company departments
  • General administrative support

Your profile

  • Business studies or training in the field of human resources
  • Team player and organisational talent
  • Proactive way of working
  • Networked thinking
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic working environment
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
