Our senior management is the top management level and the decision-making body of ARCONDIS. Led by CEO Erwin Küng, the seven-person management team sets goals, is responsible for the operational day-to-day business and never lets one thing out of their sight: the vision to help our customers achieve intelligent success through our passion and expertise. Hanno Ebsen, Senior Manager
Hanno Ebsen has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. A graduate psychologist, he long worked in continuing education before he switched to the field of project management for life sciences companies in 2000.
After several years of working as project and program manager in conceptual projects of all sizes, his focus is on innovative projects with a high proportion of stakeholder management projects. In his internal role as head of marketing and sales, Hanno Ebsen focuses on the market orientation of ARCONDIS and the development of major customer accounts.
Andrea Kreim, Senior Manager, Deputy Managing Director ARCONDIS Deutschland
Andrea Kreim is a deputy managing director of ARCONDIS Germany. In addition to managing the area of IT Management and Compliance, she presides over the internal functions of HR, finances and the back office.
After more than ten years of being with the company, Andrea Kreim is firmly rooted with ARCONDIS. She started her career in 2004 in the advisory team of the Swiss parent location. Since the founding of ARCONDIS Germany in 2007, Andrea Kreim has been crucial in the establishment of the two locations in Frankfurt and Munich. As a graduate as a business data processing specialist, her customers value her as an expert, especially in the fields of IT compliance, IT quality management and IT management.
Peter Bunse, Managing Director ARCONDIS Deutschland
Peter Bunse is responsible for the management of ARCONDIS in Germany.
He can look back on 20 years of experience in the development and management of service units, which are specialized in the consultation of companies in the life science industry. He studied at the Technical University of Darmstadt and, following his first professional experience as a consultant, joined Hoechst in 1990, which was the world’s largest drug manufacturer at the time. Peter Bunse has extensive knowledge in the introduction of software applications in the fields of research and development, regulatory approval and drug manufacturing. He is known as a competent partner among all renowned companies in the life science industry in Germany.
Erwin Küng, CEO ARCONDIS Group
Erwin Küng has been managing ARCONDIS AG in Reinach since January 2011. Since January 2013, he has also been fully responsible for the ARCONDIS Corporation.
After his professional start in pharmaceutical research and computer science in major Basel-based corporations, he co-founded an independent IT consulting company for software development and compliance. The company customer base includes renowned companies such as Roche, Novartis, Sanofi, Bayer and Pfizer. In 2001, the successful company was sold to the French Unilog Corporation. In the following years, other Swiss company divisions of Unilog were merged into an all-Swiss organization by Mr. Küng. After the merger of Unilog and Logica in 2005, Mr. Küng was the managing director of Logica Switzerland AG with about 100 employees.
Under the direction of Erwin Küng, ARCONDIS consistently expanded its specialization in the life science industry and recorded excellent growth rates.
Stefan Eckert, Senior Manager
In his role as Senior Manager, Stefan Eckert drives strategic topics in the area of IT Management forward, supported by his team of thirty consultants. While he places a special focus on leading and organizing ultra-productive teams, with over 10 years of industry experience and numerous assignments as project and program manager for international life sciences corporations, Stefan Eckert has made a name for himself as an expert for controlling complex, company-wide initiatives. With a degree in business information systems and general management from the University of St. Gallen, he has actively developed and supported strategic customer accounts for many years.
Sandra Nicole Weniger-Niederberger, Senior Manager
Sandra Nicole Weniger-Niederberger, graduate business data processing specialist, has been working for ARCONDIS since October 2005 and can look back on over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. The manager places her special focus on the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements in the field of Compliance. In addition, the experienced project manager is an expert in trends and is valued by customers and employees as a trainer and workshop consultant in the subject areas of quality management and computer system validation.
In her internal role as a quality manager, Sandra Nicole Weniger-Niederberger advances the continuous improvement of ARCONDIS.

The committee is led by the man who founded ARCONDIS more than 17 years ago: Christian Baumgartner.
