December at the itSMF congress in Stuttgart.

Pharma at the exchange of experiences of the ITSM community on 5th
December at the itSMF congress in Stuttgart.The topic will be the
design of an agile ICT compliance framework in a dynamic
environment. The method presented in this context – which does e.g.
integrate ITIL in accordance with legal requirements via the COBIT
reference model ‘Best Practices’ and enables the development of such a
framework – is based on the latest scientific findings, as well as
current experience in the successful implementation and practical
application at Altana Pharma.
