Change Management

In contrast to technical system development, organizational development aims to bring about changes in social systems. These modifications are generally determined by the fundamental alterations in a company‘s market environment and the resulting changes in the business model. The focus of change management, alongside the functional and organizational aspects, is on people. The change process is accompanied by change management activities which involve careful adjustments to the power structures and technical organization of the relevant area of the company. The first area to be considered is the attitude of the employees, as this will allow their behavior to be changed.
