Organizational Development
All our services make use of our fundamental experience and abilities in the field of operational management. We are constantly developing our skills further and promoting knowledge transfer between the service areas. Because we assist our customers, if necessary, with the implementation or introduction of the new system into their organisation, we can also take on operational management tasks.
The main emphasis in this area is on organisational change management and the transitional management of new service units and processes, generally referred to as interim management.
