We present here the functional level model and therefore the career opportunities within Arcondis for various stakeholders, so

  • our customers can assess a consultant's skills from his job title, or demand a particular consultant level from Arcondis

  • our employees can assess their own capabilities and future career development potential

  • job applicants can assess their position within the functional model at an early stage

Each function is described with the requirements for training, the necessary professional and project experience, and the acquired and required skills. The functional levels have associated salary bands and also a variable salary component. The maximum permitted variable salary component increases at higher functional levels.
